Note: This is a 4 day/week from office role based in Bedford, NS (No flexibility on days in office.)
This is a high-volume, data-entry–focused role responsible for entering raw information into internal systems with speed, accuracy, and consistency. You will validate and process data provided by internal teams, ensuring all entries meet quality standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort working with productivity and accuracy targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter raw data into internal systems with high speed and accuracy.
- Validate, review, and cross-check data entries to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Maintain accuracy while handling high-volume workloads and meeting daily/weekly productivity targets.
- Follow internal processes, data-handling standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with internal partners to clarify missing or incorrect information as needed.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of strong data entry experience with accuracy and high-volume processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Capability to work efficiently under productivity targets.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AML or Compliance operations.
- Experience working in banking or financial operations.
- Knowledge of FINTRAC guidelines or regulatory reporting processes.
