- Coordinate lateral associate and of counsel hiring activities across multiple international offices including Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh by managing the entire candidate journey from application to onboarding.
- Assist in reviewing applications from prospective candidates by evaluating CVs and transcripts to ensure only the most suitable profiles are shortlisted for further consideration.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate materials using internal databases while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies by arranging terms of engagement, tracking agreements, and serving as the main point of contact for agency partners.
- Update and expand template documents related to process communication, contracts, fee agreements, and other essential documentation to streamline recruitment operations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assessment processes by liaising with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement more objective evaluation criteria.
- Draft candidate offers with attention to detail while acting as the primary contact for all candidate queries during the offer stage.
- Oversee onboarding procedures including background checks and collaboration with other departments to guarantee a smooth transition for new hires into the firm.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives by assisting with internal training programmes and maintaining relationships with external providers focused on inclusive recruitment practices.
- Contribute to the implementation of ViRecruit applicant tracking system (ATS) for all hiring activities while processing invoices related to recruitment events and promoting internal referral programmes.
