Your responsibilities:
- Your Core: Continuous development of back-office functionalities and processes in terms of customer friendliness, intelligence, and level of automation.
- Actively Tackle: Integration of the offers on the comparison website and implementation of portfolio adjustments of company's cooperation partners.
- Collaborate and Negotiate: Establishment of cooperations and operational support of contact persons, as well as management of projects.
- Driving & Optimizing: Implementation and expansion of technical interfaces to company's partners, as well as for internal process automation and optimization.
- Analyze & Compare: Continuous screening of competitive offers and analysis of the market environment, as well as derivation of recommendations for action.
Requirements:
- Training: You have successfully completed your studies—ideally with an economic background—or your training in a commercial or technical environment.
- Digital Native: You feel at home on the Internet—ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Smart Head: Your analytical skills and your independent way of working will help you quickly find your way into new topics.
