- Background in cross-functional collaboration across product, business analysis, and engineering
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience considered
- Strong hands-on experience managing Jira at an administrative or advanced power-user level
- Ability to analyze sprint metrics and present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Familiarity with Confluence and Agile documentation
