Purpose
The System Administrator will provide advanced technical and system administration support across enterprise infrastructure and client environments. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, manage, and support client systems including SCCM, BMC, and Nexthink.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for servers, networks, and security systems.
- Participate in new project implementations, system upgrades, and infrastructure migrations.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
- Handle endpoint protection, data encryption, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Implement, follow, and monitor Change Management processes for system configurations and updates.
- Conduct routine system health checks, performance monitoring, and security audits.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, resolving complex incidents and service requests.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational reports.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and enterprise IT tools.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and endpoint management solutions.
- Experience with SCCM, BMC, Nexthink, or similar enterprise monitoring/management tools.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and ITIL processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
