Role Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony to manage the system implementation and integration in our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical aspects of system deployment, ensure seamless system integration, and manage ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, platform providers, and technical teams to ensure system interoperability, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony projects.
- Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and post-deployment support.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, including POS, inventory, and financial management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Experience in training staff on new systems and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to define project scope and meet deadlines.
