Job Description

In this role, you will report to and support Valour’s Acting Managing Director in a range of activities across product launches, trading, operations, and reporting. You will play a central role across departments and functions, supporting the Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, Head of Product, and General Counsel.

You will be responsible for helping bring products from inception to exchange listing, managing timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines. You will liaise daily with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, listing agents, infrastructure partners, and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

●      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activity, cash positions, performance, and risk exposure for management.

●      Support the Product team with data inputs for the Asset Backed Program (e.g., coin entitlements, prices, multipliers).

●      Deliver month-end data to the CFO and Finance team.

●      Provide administrative support to the trading team (e.g., scheduling, documentation, presentation preparation).

●      Assist with onboarding trading platforms and monitor/report exposure to various digital assets.

●      Support preparation and maintenance of regulatory documentation and product compliance.

●      Assist in coordinating of new product launches in various jurisdictions.

●      Assist in managing counterparty onboarding, pricing, contract reviews, and compliance.

●      Perform trade reconciliations using the software tool Lukka.

●      Oversee settlement and clearing processes.

●      Assist coordinating project management efforts across teams.

●      Assist with corporate governance processes (e.g., board resolutions).

●      Contribute to regulatory license applications.

●      Provide operational data to support financial reporting.

●      Assist with audit processes.

●      Complete regulatory forms and simple contracts.

●      Be ready to step in wherever needed – "fill the gaps" approach.

●      Outstanding organizational and project management skills; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

●      Bonus: experience in digital assets or financial services


Required Qualifications

●      Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

●      2 + years of relevant experience in operations or similar role, preferably in fintech or financial services

●      Excellent verbal and written English skills (other European languages a plus)

●      Strong analytical skills and experience with financial systems and reporting

●      Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
