You support software implementation projects from concept to successful delivery – analyzing business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating customer needs into technical solutions together with your team.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager in project planning, control, and organization
- Act as a technical link between customers, Project Management, and Development
- Take ownership of requirements engineering by analyzing current processes and designing reusable future-state concepts and process descriptions
- Define specifications for gaps, prepare user stories and Jira tickets, and prioritize them together with the Development team
- Configure and adapt our software to meet customer-specific requirements
- Manage testing activities – from preparation and execution to documentation and handover
- Completed education in IT or a related field, including knowledge of databases and object-oriented programming (e.g. JAVA)
- First professional experience in IT, software development, or a similar technical role preferred
- Solid understanding of software architectures, integrations, and data structures
- Proactive, structured and hands-on working style with technical affinity
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 44.450,- gross per year (full-time: 38,5h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
