IT Network Support Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for complex networking issues.
• Monitor network devices and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Level 1 and 2 remote and onsite support.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze logs and identify potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in network engineering.
• Provide guidance and support on performance and service monitoring, backup operation and software upgrades/patches.
• Support the 2yearly Patch & Release Management.
• Ensure that network meet compliance and security requirements and assist in reviewing audits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of our services.
• Contact suppliers for problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Networking engineering support.
• CCNA certification (Cisco expertise is essential).
• Experience with Aruba networking solutions.
• CCNP certification and knowledge of Fortinet products is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages.
• Experience with vendor-interaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English. French on a minimum basic level.
