Working directly with product, marketing, and sales leads, the successful candidate will build an impactful curriculum designed to encourage sales team engagement with Network Management and Intelligence solutions (SevOne, NS1 Connect, Cloud Sync, Zero Trust Connect, Network Intelligence, Hybrid Cloud Mesh).
You'll be responsible for our sales enablement courses, ensuring adherence to quality standards while making the content easily accessible for a broad audience of sellers. Since the badges attached to these courses are tied to quota retirement for partners, you'll also work with the IBM partner community to ensure that sales enablement courses are meeting their needs.
You'll also manage our common repositories of enablement materials (Seismic and YourLearning), keeping them up to date with the latest information and organizing them in a way that makes things easy to find.
You'll be an evangelist, working with enablement leads across IBM to get the word out on Network Management and Intelligence solutions, particularly when it comes to cross-sell and upsell plays which cross organizational and product boundaries.
You'll help sales organize occasional enablement roadshows, quarterly sales kick-offs, and other enablement activities, providing timely and relevant content to keep sellers' skills sharp.
Your Role And Responsibilities
This Product Manager role will be responsible for sales enablement across the Network Management and Intelligence business unit as part of the Outbound Product Management team.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Experience: At least two years in a sales enablement role where you built and delivered content to technical and non-technical sales audiences.
Skills: Collaboration and negotiation with stakeholders, stage presence, creativity to encourage engagement in unique and memorable ways
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience: More than two years leading sales enablement across organizations and/or business units
Skills: Previous work with Seismic
