About The Team & Business Line

As part of our experienced and dynamic Real Assets Platform Support team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high level Internal Project Management service. You will become a part of Citco Vilnius Internship Program 2025 and will work together with the team under supervision of senior colleagues. This role will suit engaged, customer-oriented and eager to learn individuals who wish to develop and realize their potential within Citco.

Your Role

• Design and enhance financial reports, slide decks, and dashboards using visual storytelling and clean design
• Create charts, infographics, tables, and layouts that simplify financial data and KPIs
• Ensure design consistency with corporate branding and visual identity
• Collaborate with finance, investor relations, and design teams to translate complex numbers into intuitive visuals
• Assist in developing templates and reusable design systems for recurring reports
• Work with tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or Tableau to build engaging deliverables, if needed
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders as needed
  
  

About You

• Eager to learning new things
• Energetic with a “can do” attitude
• Good English language skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially presentation materials
• Basic understanding of Project Lifecycle is an advantage
• Proactive, team-oriented and results driven
• Experience/Will to learn AI tools
