AI/ML Engineering Intern

We’re a small, passionate group of builders. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated AI/ML intern to help improve our core AI systems and experiment with you capabilities

What you'll do

As an AI / ML Engineering Intern, you’ll work directly on real production problems — not side projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and product team to improve model quality, reliability, and scalability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with building and refining prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks.
• Experiment with ML models for clustering, summarization, and insight extraction.
• Analyze model performance and help define quality metrics.
• Support data preprocessing, labeling, and pipeline optimization.
• Collaborate with product and GTM teams to turn customer feedback into model improvements.

What we're looking for

• Strong fundamentals in machine learning, NLP, or AI systems.
• Experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI APIs (OpenAI, LiveKit, etc.) is a plus.
• Interest in applied AI and real-world product problems.
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly.
• Bonus: experience with speech processing, embeddings, vector databases, or evaluation frameworks.
