Being a Product Manager at Gong is all about engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and building great products to address those needs. We have empowered teams. Each product manager works closely with a product designer and an engineering team to drive forward an agenda or domain. The pod is responsible for working with customers, iterating towards a great solution, and driving it towards success. There are many amazingly talented PMs to work with, collaborate, learn from, and contribute from your own knowledge.

- This position is in Dublin, where the organization maintains a substantial R&D division, following a ~3 months onboarding process at the Israeli site.
- Product Development: Spearhead developing and enhancing mission-critical products that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Maintain meticulous attention to detail while adopting a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Employ data modeling techniques to inform and enhance product strategies.
- Strategic Vision: Think creatively and strategically, envisioning long-term solutions in a large-scale, enterprise-grade environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product design, engineering, and other teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
- Innovation and Execution: Balance innovative thinking with practical execution to drive product success and company growth.
- Over 8 years of experience as a product manager in SaaS B2B products.
- Excellent communication skills that foster collaboration and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- A proven track record in driving product execution with hands-on implementation.
- Strong execution skills and forward-thinking abilities.
- A commitment to ownership and responsibility for created products.
- A strong understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
- Superb user experience skills combined with technical understanding.
- The capability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
- Fluency or high proficiency in English.
