·      We are looking for a Backend Engineer. Our client is an international company, a consumer mobile app ecosystem with registered users, products focused on education, personal, social and professional growth for people interested in continuous improvement and development.

What you will do

·      You'll make contributions to core backend domains like subscription and payment infrastructure, authentication, system architecture improvements (scalability, observability, CI/CD, etc.)

·      Partner with founders and product leadership to rapidly test product ideas while maintaining system reliability and avoiding technical debt traps

·      Propose and lead system improvement projects - like identifying areas where technical debt is slowing us down

·      Lead through collaboration - Code review, share your knowledge

·      Contribute to infrastructure - Help deploy services, launch servers, debug production issues, and keep our systems running smoothly as we scale

·      Leverage AI strategically - You understand AI is changing how we work and actively use it to boost your productivity and problem-solving.
