We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic and innovative Growth Operations Department. Since 2010, we’ve been delivering cutting-edge services and solutions in Information Technologies, Software Development, and IoT Engineering. In our newly structured department, you’ll own key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver exceptional value.

What do we expect from you?

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or a similar customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills—internally and externally
  • Detail-oriented, with a solution-focused approach to proposals and contracts
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks—from deal tracking to follow-ups
  • Collaborative mindset, with organizational skills to coordinate across Business Development, Marketing, Finance, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the IT and technology ecosystem
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken


What will you do?

  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts—be the trusted advisor clients turn to
  • Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and renewals that maximize value for both client and company
  • Track deal stages to ensure accurate pipeline, forecasting, and timely renewals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance) to guarantee client satisfaction
  • Analyze account health and proactively address risks or upsell opportunities
  • Deliver regular reports and insights that inform strategic revenue decisions


Additional responsibilities in our department

  • Partner with the Growth Operations Manager to analyze performance metrics and drive process improvements
  • Serve as the go-to specialist for the sales team on all operational tasks, from contract validation to customer follow-ups
