Position Overview
The Application Security Senior Manager will join our Application Security team in Europe, helping clients secure their cloud modernization and digital core transformation. The role involves a wide range of tasks, from assessing client maturity to designing security architecture and processes, managing automated security testing, and providing advisory services.
Responsibilities
Drive application and cloud security business in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and achieve defined targets.
Originate new business and lead client proposals and workshops.
Manage teams, client delivery and internal projects, client relationships, and finances.
Support research and development as a Subject Matter Expert.
Participate in the internal professional community and provide quality assurance.
Advise internal groups on technology, cloud, and digital core transformation.
Contribute to training programs and define secure software development life cycles.
Define application security architecture elements and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with senior management on roadmaps and forecasting.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science or information security.
Proven experience in application security or development.
Preferred certifications: CSSLP, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISM, Cloud Security Certification from any of the Cloud Providers (ex: AZ500)
Experience driving cybersecurity business and knowledge of security principles and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, willingness to travel, and leadership abilities.
Experience managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of secure software development life cycles and methodologies such as DevOps and Agile.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge and understanding of security of industry frameworks such as CIS, NIST, OWASP, etc...
Working knowledge of cloud security management such as CWPP, CNAPP, CSPM, ect...
Ability to define security policies and procedures for production systems.
Ability to define, design and document process, flows and operating models
