We have partnered with a large MNC who are looking to hire a CyberSecurity Manager / Team Lead to manage the day to day operations, team of 3 and the overall cyber and data security.

Must have strong leadership and enterprise strategy skills, and expert in security protocols with a strong emphasis on the ISO27001 standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement Security Policies: Design, update, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage Security Operations: Oversee daily operations, including task management, team performance, and coordination with MSSPs providing managed SOC (MDR), EPP, and VMaaS.
• ISO27001 Compliance: Maintain and enhance ISO27001:2022 processes, preparing for annual audits and driving continuous improvement.
• Security Awareness Training: Plan and execute company-wide security awareness programs and ensure ongoing staff development on the latest security practices.
• Workshops & Collaboration: Conduct workshops with senior stakeholders and collaborate with other areas to align security measures organization-wide.
• Risk Assessment & Incident Response: Perform risk assessments, address vulnerabilities, and lead incident response efforts, including liaising with external agencies when needed.
• System Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor security system performance, analyze trends, and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Budget Management: Manage the security budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.

Must Haves:

• 6+ years CyberSec experince and 3+ years management.
• Extensive experience with ISO27001
• CISSP or CISM ideally
