The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective financial management and risk control, managing resources efficiently, maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships, and executing project closure processes in accordance with contractual requirements.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics, Computer, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Expert knowledge of project development life cycles
• Familiarity with project management techniques
• Proven experience in scope, cost, schedule, and vendor/subcontractor management across various contract types
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management and planning tools such as MS Project and Jira
• Experience in configuration management and related tools
• PMP certification is required
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for working with international clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, adopt, and apply new technologies
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel

Job Description

As part of a team developing innovative software products for global markets in the energy management domain, you will:

• Prepare and, when necessary, revise project plans
• Effectively monitor, report, and analyze project progress and deviations
• Track and control project financials; manage resource allocation, cost, and scheduling plans
• Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and meet financial objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and quantify project risks; ensure that all opportunities are recognized and leveraged
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and set deadlines
• Ensure formal project closure in accordance with contractual requirements
• Prepare and deliver project documentation and reports effectively
• Lead the project team, establish main guidelines, and assign project tasks
• Support project delivery by allocating or requesting resources and providing guidance to large and complex project teams
• Work in coordination with relevant departments to procure required services, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
