What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Data Management and Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for senior management and sales teams

Regularly prepare presentations related to sales metrics

• Sales Performance and Incentive Analysis

Track sales revenue realization based on the performance of sales representatives

Monitor and analyze customer-based incentive and bonus calculation models

• CRM Management

Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of data in reporting and CRM systems; identify missing or incorrect data and maintain data hygiene

Work on process development and improvement initiatives based on the needs of the sales department

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in sales analytics, reporting, or similar analytical roles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to work with large data sets and ensure high data accuracy
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused mindset
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
