We’re hiring a top-tier Full-Stack Engineer. Our core stack is Laravel + Vue, but this role is for someone who is strong across the entire stack, adaptable, and comfortable working beyond a single framework or platform.

Core backend expectations

• Deep experience with Laravel in real production environments

• API design, queues, jobs, workers, background processing

• Database design, migrations, indexing, query optimization

• Performance tuning, caching, Redis, Horizon or similar tooling

• Writing clean, maintainable, well-architected backend code

Core frontend expectations

• Strong experience with Vue 3 and the Composition API

• Scalable component architecture and state management (Pinia / Vuex)

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals

• Ability to reason about performance, reactivity, and rendering

• Comfortable owning frontend architecture, not just writing components

Full-stack & adaptability

• Comfortable working end-to-end across backend and frontend

• Experience with React, Next.js, Nuxt, or other modern frontend frameworks

• Experience with mobile development using React Native is a strong plus

• Able to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar technologies when needed

• Strong understanding of HTTP, browsers, APIs, and system boundaries

Testing, quality & engineering mindset

• Strong focus on testing and QA, not just feature delivery

• Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

• Familiarity with PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar

• Experience preventing regressions and maintaining long-lived codebases

Production & ownership

• Experience working on real production systems with real users

• Comfortable debugging complex issues in live environments

• Ability to review code, set standards, and raise the quality bar

• Takes ownership and responsibility for technical decisions

Bonus (but valuable)

• CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, Docker

• Cloud infrastructure experience

• High-traffic or fast-moving product environments
