About the role

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the UAE market, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, local user behaviour, and scaling payment solutions across the Emirates.

You will own the roadmap for UAE-specific products, ensuring alignment with CBUAE regulations, while working cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class fintech payment experiences for merchants and users.

What you’ll do

Product Strategy & Vision

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the UAE market
• Conduct local market and competitor research to guide product decisions
• Align product initiatives with commercial and strategic objectives

Product Development

• Lead product delivery from concept through launch and iteration
• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams
• Prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, market needs, and business impact

User Experience

• Advocate for exceptional UX across all payment journeys
• Translate user insights into personas, journeys, and product requirements
• Balance usability, scalability, and technical constraints

Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and UAE payment standards
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on regulatory changes
• Drive secure, resilient payment experiences

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define KPIs and success metrics for UAE products
• Use analytics and experimentation to inform roadmap decisions
• Continuously optimize performance and conversion

Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate product direction clearly to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams
• Present product performance and strategic insights to leadership

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or payments
• Strong understanding of the UAE payments landscape and CBUAE regulations
• Hands-on experience with payment products: payment links, terminals, wallets, payouts, onboarding, compliance, multi-currency, issuing, and cross-border payments
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Mixpanel, Trello, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Creative, data-driven, and execution-focused

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or scale-up fintech environments
• API-first payments experience (integrations, webhooks, SDKs)
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Arabic language skills
