Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Oslo-based team and help drive value for our growing customer base. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our SaaS platform, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and customer relationships.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and nurturing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and long-term customer success
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, from implementation to renewal
  • Collaborating closely with cyber security specialists, sales, and product teams
  • Identifying upsell, expansion, and value-creation opportunities
  • Running structured customer meetings and success reviews


Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.


You ideally have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or tech company
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer goals and challenges
  • Comfort working with SaaS products and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong bonus
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset


Experience within cyber security, IT, or compliance-focused environments is an advantage, but not a requirement.
