About The Role

Helly Hansen’s product organization is maturing. As we scale our digital capabilities, we’re strengthening executional support to help our product managers drive impact with greater speed and precision.  We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Digital Marketing Team – a structured, curious, and collaborative professional who can turn data, insights, and ideas into clear, actionable outputs that drive product excellence.

This role provides hands-on support to our Product Managers across e-commerce, content, and personalization – enabling them to focus on strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder management, while you ensure the executional foundation is solid and scalable.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Run point on day-to-day test ops (hypothesis framing, metric tracking, test execution, reporting and readouts).
  • Translate insights into actions: turn data, testing results and UX findings into clear and structured business requirements and recommendations.
  • Analyse business performance across digital channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Maintain backlog health (ensure clarity of user stories, documentation and valuation inputs for prioritization).
  • Work closely with digital analysts to communicate learnings effectively across the digital business
  • Support roadmap execution through coordination, tracking, and communication of progress and dependencies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with clear and frequent communication.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar. Ideally within e-commerce, retail, or digital product environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail — able to translate complex findings into simple, actionable insights.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Familiarity with agile product development and backlog management tools is an advantage (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
  • Understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnel optimization, and digital KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with tech, UX, and business stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach — you’re as comfortable digging into data as you are supporting PMs in delivering results.

Who you are

  • You are curious, structured, and business-minded — equally comfortable diving into data or discussing strategy.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can adapt to shifting priorities.
  • You bring a growth mindset and enjoy turning complexity into clarity.

What we offer

  • A culture that rewards excellence in an exciting phase of growth and new opportunities
  • An ambitious, dynamic, creative, and international environment
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, and an active environment with passion for sports
  • Hybrid work model
  • Work language is English
