Responsibilities:

• Serve as a licensed Representative under the AILFMC License.
• Act as one of the main points of contact for MAS, ensuring effective communication, timely submissions, and compliance with all regulatory mandates.
• Supervise corporate governance, ensuring that all policies, documentation, and controls align with regulatory standards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance frameworks and risk management processes.
• Offer expert guidance on local operational issues, including administrative, legal, and technology-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative fund or hedge fund investment modelling.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Must meet the Fit and Proper criteria as set out by MAS.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and quantitative strategies.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations, particularly under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
