About the Role

At Millipede, we’re looking for a junior engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and proactively contribute to our software and applications. You’ll be involved in different stages of the software lifecycle, from building and testing features to improving systems and processes. We value curiosity and initiative — someone who asks questions, takes ownership of their work, and suggests ideas to create robust solutions. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about continuous learning, enjoys collaboration, and wants to make a real impact while developing their technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end life cycle of the production of software and applications (from ideation to delivery and maintenance)
• Design technical solutions with our users in mind and collaborate with the full team to implement, test, and evaluate those solutions
• Deliver high quality code in a highly collaborative, fast paced and iterative environment
• Be a steward for good engineering practice at Millipede

Required Skills

• Up to 3+ years of experience working with product and engineering teams
• Proficiency with the technologies listed below
• Detail oriented, organized and diligent with ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks
• Great communication skills and a strong team player
• Comfortable with explaining technical concepts to a range of audiences
• Problem solving mindset with an ability to resolve open ended problems
• Familiarity with Agile practices
• B.S or B.A in any relevant field
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
