• User experience (UX) capabilities

• Familiarity with IM8 policies, GCC architecture, CI/CD pipelines
• Strategic thinking and decision-making ability in AI and data contexts
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, with preference for AI/data product experience
• Experience working directly with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, designers, and product teams
• Strong background in modern AI/data development practices (Agile, AWS Cloud, Cloud AI services, Data Engineering, Design Thinking)
• Proven track record of shipping successful AI or data products from scratch
