MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.


Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to be part of our highly driven and innovative expanding team to lead the design of next-generation financial experiences, including card issuance, digital payments, and crypto asset management.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the complexity of regulated financial systems, and can translate abstract technical concepts into simple, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire UX design process for Financial Institutions-to-digital asset exchange Platform projects, workshops from user research and concept development to prototyping and usability testing.
  • Conduct user testing interviews, research specific to the Institutional Investors/ High Net Worth individual context to understand the feedback, pain points, needs and behaviours of the target clients.
  • Convert user research insights and business requirements into clear, engaging user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that enhance user journey and experience, meeting accessibility standards and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Present and defend design decisions with confidence, effectively advocating for user-centered design to stakeholders.
  • Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Help foster the growth of the UI/UX team by sharing expertise and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
  • Preferred experience in designing for Financial Services or Fintech projects.
  • Hands-on experience designing for card issuance or card management(virtual/physical cards)
  • In-depth understanding of Institutional Investors/ High Net Worth individual culture and lifestyle.
  • Proficiency in Figma with good grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in conducting user interviews, research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and justify design decisions.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Solid understanding of payment flows: authorization, settlements, chargebacks, limits and risk check.
  • Passionate about creating meaningful and user-friendly digital experiences.
