VP Strategic Partnerships - RWD


Base salary: USD $180K-$200K + Bonus + Benefits

Location: US

Work Model: Remote/Hybrid


I’m representing a healthcare technology and analytics company that turns real-world clinical data into actionable insights for healthcare stakeholders. They are looking for a VP of Strategic Partnerships to build and lead a new function focused on payers and providers. In this role, you will originate and close strategic deals while helping shape the company’s go-to-market strategy and drive commercial impact. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with payer-led partnerships and complex healthcare agreements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the company’s strategic partnerships function from the ground up
  • Originate, manage, and close partnerships with payers, providers, and technology partners
  • Develop partnership strategies that align with overall growth and GTM objectives
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, and GTM teams
  • Lay the foundations for a future strategic partnerships team


Experience

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships within health tech, digital health, life sciences, or technology-enabled healthcare
  • Strong exposure to payer organisations (essential)
  • Experience working with providers and clinical institutions is highly desirable
  • Track record of successfully originating and closing complex partnerships
  • Experience in US healthcare markets


Background

  • Health tech background preferred; broader technology experience also considered
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PhD a plus
  • Leadership experience beneficial but not essential at this stage
