We’re Hiring | Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support product teams with execution, coordination, and follow-ups, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, with a keen interest in fintech, banking, or telecom products.

Role Overview

The Product Analyst will work closely with product, operations, and analytics teams to track deliverables, coordinate tasks, support campaign execution, and ensure smooth product launches and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Track actions, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of product initiatives
• Support campaign execution, including SMS, push notifications, and other customer engagement channels
• Maintain delivery calendars and monitor project progress
• Assist with UAT coordination, including test cases, issue tracking, and feedback collection
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve execution challenges

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product, operations, analytics, or business support roles
• (Financial services or telecom experience preferred)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills to track tasks, deadlines, and outcomes
• Experience supporting campaign execution and delivery management
• Ability to assist in UAT coordination, testing, and feedback tracking
• Basic proficiency in Excel and/or SQL is an advantage
