Senior Director - Financial Communications
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 8-15 years of experience in Financial Communications (either in consultancy or in-house) with exposure to public markets, and a desire to step up and accelerate their career development.
- A strong understanding of the regional capital markets and financial sectors is preferred (eg: Saudi Capital Market Authority, IPO processes, etc). The breadth and variety of our client base means we can accommodate sector specialists or consultants who want to work across a broader range of areas.
- The Senior Consultant will lead a portfolio of clients, and will engage with media, investment bankers, and c-suite executives of companies in the Middle East.
Qualifications
• Full fluency in English is required
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related
field.
• Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in Communications, either in a consultancy or in-
house role.
• Strong understanding of communications and the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively
with C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
• Polished and professional presence, with cultural sensitivity when dealing with clients in
the Middle East.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with extreme attention to detail, and
ability to distil information and create a narrative to present in proper formatting.
• Excellent organizational skills managing complex client portfolios across geographies
• Proven track record of managing communications and building strong relationships with
media, and senior management of clients.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to
provide strategic ad-hoc advisory
• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment
