We’re Hiring | Senior Commercial Analyst

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Commercial Analyst to support commercial performance, data analysis, and cross-functional execution, with a strong focus on remittances and wallet products. This role plays a key part in turning data into actionable insights that drive growth, pricing decisions, and product performance.

Role Overview

The Senior Commercial Analyst will work closely with commercial, product, technology, and operations teams to track performance, analyze transaction trends, and support strategic initiatives across digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial and transaction data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Track and report KPIs and performance metrics for remittance and wallet products
• Support pricing, revenue optimization, and growth initiatives through data-driven insights
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Work closely with technical and operations teams on requirements gathering (BRDs) and UAT coordination
• Support cross-functional initiatives from analysis through execution

🎯 Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, commercial performance, or similar roles
• (Financial Services or banking experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Proven experience tracking KPIs and analyzing transaction and customer behavior data
• Experience supporting pricing, growth, or revenue optimization initiatives
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and business teams
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a strong advantage
