About the Role
Arkan Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency in Doha focused on storytelling, short-form video, brand strategy, and creative social media content.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Researcher to help us understand markets, audiences, trends, and competitors at a deep level. This full-time, on-site role involves gathering insights, analyzing data, and translating research into clear, actionable directions for the creative and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market, audience, and competitor research across multiple industries.
* Analyze trends on social platforms and identify content opportunities.
* Prepare research reports that support brand strategy, campaign planning, and content creation.
* Track consumer behavior, platform updates, and industry movements relevant to clients.
* Support in building marketing strategies with data-driven recommendations.
* Gather insights from tools, surveys, analytics dashboards, and online sources.
* Monitor emerging technologies, viral trends, and market shifts to keep the team informed.
* Maintain organized research documents, data sheets, and insight libraries.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in market research, digital marketing analysis, or strategy support.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with structure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple research tasks.
Familiarity with tools like Google Trends, social media analytics, and basic reporting software.
Must be based in Qatar and available to work on-site.
Experience in marketing agencies is a plus.
