About the role: We're seeking a Senior Product Project Manager who excels at both strategic product thinking and hands-on delivery. You'll drive our B2C subscription business by shipping features on time while maintaining quality and customer focus.

Location: Fully Remote (Europe/Ukraine)

Experience: 10+ years in Product Management with a delivery focus

What you will do:

Lead end-to-end delivery: scoping, planning, execution, launch, iteration

Define product roadmap and make data-informed prioritization decisions

Serve as Product Owner: manage backlog, sprint planning, demos

Design and execute A/B tests, optimize conversion funnels, and user flows

Monitor subscription KPIs: LTV, retention, churn, activation

Coordinate across Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Operations

Maintain transparency with clear communication of plans and progress

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have

10+ years of Product Management with a strong delivery and execution focus

5+ years on B2C subscription products

Recent hands-on project administration and delivery management experience

Background in Consumer Technology or E-commerce

Proficiency with experimentation tools (Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel)

Experience with customer research and usability testing
