Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kyiv for a Business Development Manager – IT Solutions & PRS Projects. The role involves driving new business development initiatives, generating and following up on leads, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing business development plans, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor IT solutions and print rental services to meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Active search for new B2B clients (outbound, cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, events).
  • Selling IT projects (ECM/BPM, document management and other Konica Minolta solutions) and print outsourcing / PRS projects to mid-size and large businesses.
  • Identifying customer needs and preparing solutions based on Konica Minolta’s value proposition and your own professional expertise.
  • Delivering sales presentations and product demos, preparing and presenting commercial proposals.
  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing in cooperation with company management and other stakeholders.
  • Managing the full sales cycle: concluding contracts, preparing all required documents, and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records (pipeline, deal stages, communication history).


Candidate Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in new business development / hunter role).
  • Proven experience selling solutions to mid-size and large enterprises, and ability to communicate with C-level executives and heads of departments.
  • Experience selling corporate systems (ERP, CRM, ECM, BPM, etc.) or IT services / outsourcing will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, result-oriented approach, ability to work with a sales pipeline and sales plan.
  • English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher, B2 is preferred for communication with vendors and international colleagues.
  • Fluent Ukrainian.
  • Valid category B driving license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Willingness to travel (client visits in the regions, participation in events and conferences).
