  Lead design and delivery of complex end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and data lay
• ers.Make strategic architectural decisions on frameworks, datastores, and performance patte
• rns.Review and approve pull requests, enforcing clean-code guidelines, SOLID principles, and design patte
• rns.Build and maintain shared UI component libraries and backend service frameworks for team re
• use.Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks in both browser rendering and server through
• put.Instrument services with metrics and logging, driving SLIs, SLAs, and observabil
• ity.Define and enforce comprehensive testing strategies: unit, integration, and end-to-
