We are seeking a highly capable Tech Lead Scrum Master with hands-on experience in MS Dynamics or Optimizely, along with a proven background in leading Agile delivery for CRM/ERP programs. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Scrum Master who excels at team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader, driving Agile values and Lean-Agile mindset across teams.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and demos.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with evolving business priorities.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to enhance agility, ownership, and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to deliver high-quality Dynamics/Optimizely solutions.
• Define and maintain product vision and roadmap.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Remove impediments to improve team velocity and efficiency.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with deep understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Mandatory experience with MS Dynamics CRM/ERP or Optimizely in a delivery leadership capacity.
• Strong ability to lead distributed teams and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
