Experience we’re looking for:

• You have 5+ years of experience in backend development
• You have good experience using TypeScript and Node.js 
• Have OOP, EDP and functional programming knowledge
• You have experience in using PostgreSQL or any other relational database
• You have experience in using messaging solutions like PubSub
• Expertise in system design and architecture for scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Experience in both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferably).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, experience with terraform is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, like Kanban or Scrum.
• Familiarity with App, Web and .NET/C# development is a plus

• Take ownership of key initiatives, improving team workflows and influencing ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful technical solutions.
• Continuously optimize system performance with a focus on scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
• Balance hands-on coding with a strategic, system-level approach to solving engineering challenges.
• Help set realistic timelines and goals, balancing technical constraints with business objectives.
• Make thoughtful trade-offs between short-term gains and long-term sustainability.
• Promote a growth mindset by continuously learning, experimenting, and sharing knowledge within the team.
