Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

For a large enterprise organization operating in a hybrid cloud environment, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365.

You will support an internal Infrastructure team and be responsible for the operational management, stability, security, and continuous improvement of cloud and hybrid environments.

🔧 Assignment & Responsibilities

• Operational management of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Ensure availability, security, and compliance of the infrastructure
• Resolve L2/L3 incidents and problems (run & improve focus)
• Manage hybrid infrastructure (on-premises ↔ Azure)
• Participate in migration and modernization initiatives
• Implement automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🧠 Required Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure engineering
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
• Azure administration
• Microsoft 365
• Windows Server
• Active Directory / Entra ID / ADFS
• DNS & DHCP
• Experience with:
• Hybrid cloud architectures
• ITSM tools and processes (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Monitoring & security (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Security Center)
• Infrastructure as Code experience is a plus
