🚀 Lead and Scale Odys Mentors
Odys Mentors is the education and growth arm of Odys Global, built to deliver practical, operator-led mentorship across the domain and SEO ecosystem. We’re hiring a Managing Director to take full, end-to-end ownership of Odys Mentors and scale it into a premium, outcomes-driven mentorship platform.
This role is about building a real business unit: improving mentor quality, strengthening program performance, increasing community retention, and driving sustainable revenue growth—while reinforcing Odys Global’s broader operator ecosystem.
Role Objective
Build and scale Odys Mentors into a structured, scalable mentorship business, with clear standards for mentor quality, strong program outcomes, high community engagement, and growing commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Own full P&L, growth strategy, and profitability for Odys Mentors
• Define positioning, pricing, packaging, and expansion plans across tiers, cohorts, and formats
• Build and manage a high-quality mentor network, including recruitment, onboarding, standards, and ongoing performance
• Develop scalable mentorship products, including cohorts, repeatable programs, frameworks, and certification or quality systems
• Lead the community lifecycle, from onboarding and accountability to retention, progression, and measurable outcomes
• Drive branding, partnerships, and visibility within the SEO and domain ecosystem, using Mentors as a strategic lever within Odys Global
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, operating cadence, and execution rhythm across the unit
Candidate Profile
• Proven builder with end-to-end ownership and execution experience
• Strong, hands-on understanding of SEO, domains, or adjacent digital asset ecosystems
• Experience creating structured education, cohort, or mentorship programs
• Commercially and operationally strong, with confidence in pricing, packaging, and monetization
• High standards for talent, quality, and delivery
• Decisive, accountable, and execution-driven
