We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who combines deep technical understanding with a strong product mindset and customer focus. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from customer discovery and roadmap planning to feature delivery, go-to-market strategy, and product launch execution.

You’ll work closely with engineering, quantum scientists, AI/ML teams, sales and early adopter customers to build quantum-native tools and experiences that solve real problems.

While a background in quantum computing is not mandatory, we seek individuals who possess a genuine interest in the potential of quantum computing and are eager to learn more about this groundbreaking field.

What will you do

• Define and refine product and release roadmaps for QMill’s products.
• Define and prioritize product features, epics, and technical requirements in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Participate in product testing and support activities
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify use cases across industries and translate them into implementable specs and ensure successful delivery.
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence, competitor analysis, and user trends to refine product direction.
• Lead customer discovery interviews, user feedback sessions, and early-stage pilot programs and act as voice of the customer internally.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, tools, or platform releases.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape product messaging, launch materials, and customer onboarding.
• Define and track product KPIs, customer usage metrics, and user satisfaction data.
• Serve as the interface between R&D and internal & external stakeholders and work across teams (AI, Quantum scientists, Engineering, DevOps, Design, Marketing) to ensure seamless product delivery.

We are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or ownership, ideally in deep tech (quantum, AI, ML, cloud, scientific computing) in international setting.
• Strong experience in agile software development workflows. Understanding quantum computing fundamentals and familiarity with quantum SDKs, hybrid AI /quantum systems and DevOps tools is a plus
• Proven ability to work closely with engineers, scientists and customers to define and deliver complex technical products.
• Experience engaging with technical customers, running discovery processes, and managing feedback loops.
• Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies, product launches, or early-stage growth campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, writing, and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Master level degree in business, engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics. Ph.D. is a plus
