About the job

We're seeking an IT Project Manager to work closely with our team and clients on a variety of development projects of ecommerce platforms for our clients. Join our supportive, growth-focused environment, where we tackle complex challenges together to make a real impact for our clients.

Requirements

Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, communication, and overall success for both the customer and the project.
Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve objectives.
Analyze and effectively organize project requirements.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
Identify and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.
Conduct post-project evaluations to highlight areas for improvement.

Our Growth Together Can Accelerate If You Bring

At least 2 years of experience in IT project management.
Strong understanding of IT development, especially in custom software.
Analytical mindset with skills in business analysis (BA).
Experienced in stakeholder management and effective communication.
Proven track record working within Agile environments.
Knowledgeable in project budgeting and financial management.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proficient in English and Lithuanian.

Stand Out By Having

Experience in ecommerce platforms development project management is a plus.
