Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager supports the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role works closely with project managers and stakeholders to help maintain schedules, manage documentation, and support daily project operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks and milestones.

• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports and documentation.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Support communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Assist in monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Maintain accurate project records, logs, and shared documentation systems.

• Identify potential risks, issues, or delays and escalate concerns appropriately.

• Support quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for completeness and compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements
