Ervy is revolutionizing corporate learning by integrating AI-driven training directly into Microsoft Teams. We are expanding into new markets and need a developer who isn’t just looking for a job, but is eager to own the product and grow alongside a dynamic startup.


We are looking for a JavaScript developer to take full ownership of our modern JS stack. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces and business logic using React, Next.js, and Langchain.js frameworks, as well as Microsoft Teams applications. You will collaborate with product, QA, and .NET backend developers.


We Are Looking For

  • TypeScript Native: Deep proficiency in TypeScript across the full stack (React & Node.js).
  • Full-Cycle Experience: You can take a feature from a Figma design to a deployed Express endpoint.
  • Integration Skills: You have experience connecting modern frontends to established backend systems (.NET/Python environments). Previous experience building Microsoft Teams apps, developing with Langchain, and using Azure OpenAI services will be considered as a benefit.
  • Startup Mindset: You are pragmatic. You value shipping value over over-engineering, but you know when to build for scale.

Salary

  • €3,500-5,000 gross per month
