ASSET OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the O&M & Asset Management Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us to take care of onsite operations and maintenance and ensure effective management of these areas. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Ensuring ongoing compliance with technical operational obligations (e.g., legal, warranty, business plan, environmental, H&S etc.) 
• Managing onsite operations and coordinating maintenance providers, service records, maintenance systems, regulatory aspects 
• Visiting sites and interacting with technical advisors
• Managing maintenance services contracts (e.g., control the balance of the contract, service provider obligations, quality of services)  
• Conducting a public and commercial procurement for maintenance services
• Preparing technical analysis on system performance and monthly operation reports (e.g. energy production malfunction and other operational aspects)
• Searching, delivering and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency.
  
  
  

Required for this position:

• University degree (or 4th-year student)
• 2 years of experience in property management and/or object administration
• Proactive, result-oriented personality with excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Latvian and English (both oral and written) is required, as the position involves stakeholders in other Baltic countries and Poland, and requires daily communication and documentation in English.
• Electrical Safety Group Level "C" (understanding of electrical safety and systems)

Salary range for this position group: is 2290 to 3430 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
