ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in Vilnius / Riga / Tallinn or anywhere else in these countries, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the insurance sector, working on exciting projects supporting vulnerability and cyber risk management processes, helping ensure security findings are properly tracked, escalated, and remediated.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Review security findings and translate them into actionable tickets
• Manage and classify findings with correct severity and ownership
• Support remediation owners with explanations and guidance
• Track progress, escalate overdue items, and support risk acceptance
• Prepare simple vulnerability status reports
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Experience in IT security, vulnerability analysis, or related IT role
• Familiarity with security tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
• Clear communication skills and strong organization
• English fluency; regulated/insurance industry experience is a plus
  
  
  

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working in regulated environments such as insurance or financial services
• Familiarity with risk acceptance processes, audits, or regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA)
• Experience preparing security or vulnerability management reports for management or auditors
