Your future responsibilities:

· Ensuring smooth daily office operations and order

· Receiving and directing emails, calls and correspondence

· Ordering office supplies, organizing meetings, welcoming visitors

· Organizing business trips (booking tickets, accommodation)

· Preparing and administering HR documentation (business trips, orders, internal policies, etc.)

· Organizing the onboarding process for new employees

· Assisting in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)

· Organizing internal company events and initiatives


We expect that you:

· Have a higher education degree (administration, HR management, or similar fields - an advantage)

· Have 1–2 years of experience in administration or HR

· Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English - both written and spoken

· Possess excellent organizational skills, responsibility and strong attention to detail

· Are proactive, able to plan your work independently and also work well in a team
