We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by turning ideas into successful campaigns. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of cross-functional marketing projects, coordinate between teams, and ensure all initiatives align with our strategic goals. Get ready to:

• Develop a deep understanding of digital customer journeys, product lifecycles, and competitive landscapes to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with user needs and product goals.
• Plan, lead, and execute integrated marketing projects across digital channels (e.g., web, email, social, in-app), driving user engagement, acquisition, and product adoption.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize continuously to drive improvements in conversion rates, retention, and ROI
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including Product, UX, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Sales.
• Leverage product analytics, market insights, and digital marketing tools to refine strategies and inform future initiatives.
• Provide structured reporting, campaign retrospectives, and real-time updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with product and company objectives.

We expect you to:

• Bring solid experience in Marketing Project Management or a similar role within a digital product, SaaS, or tech-driven environment.
• Demonstrate strong project planning and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to lead simultaneous go-to-market campaigns, feature launches, or lifecycle initiatives.
• Be fluent in data - comfortable interpreting metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, or funnel conversion to inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and creative stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of your projects, proactively solving roadblocks, anticipating needs, and ensuring goals are met on time and within scope.
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2700-5000 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
