Scrum Master

Location: Luxembourg Onsite

Kepler Search is currently supporting a highly reputable financial institution in Luxembourg who are searching for a consultant to join them. As a scrum master you will play a key part in ensuring the agile principles are followed within the team for continuous delivery and improvements.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the company reaches agile maturity.
• Coach the team on scrum practices and ensure scrum ceremonies are facilitated (sprints, stand ups, sprint review, refinements and retrospective).
• Work closely with the Product Owner’s to ensure backlogs are managed and escalated when appropriate.
• Track and monitor team performance and provide insights for improvements across workflows and sprint metrics.
• Promote automation and testability to improve release and quality.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and governance standards are met.
• Maintain sprint dashboards and delivery insights to key stakeholders.
• Foster communication between engineering teams, architecture and client relationship teams.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 4 years working experience within a similar role, within the financial services.
• Scrum Master certified (SAFe, PSM, CSM or similar)
• Great understanding of agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Familiarity of cloud and microservice delivery models.
• English speaking required, French or German speaking is considered an asset.
