Project Manager

Kepler Search is currently supporting a well-known financial institution who are currently hiring for a client project manager consultant to join them. As a project manager you will be responsible for the end-end project life cycle, onboarding clients, migrating data and participating in implementations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of onboarding projects, defining scopes and timelines, coordinating with internal IT teams for setups/migrations, configure, validate, and conduct UAT testing.
• Manage projects for existing clients, gather requirements and translate them into plans, collaborate with product owners to ensure needs are met alongside product back-logs and work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery with client expectations.
• Act as key point of contact for client queries and facilitate regular meetings for projects status.
• Manage project timelines and risks, escalate risks when needed and ensure project aligns with regulatory and security standards.
• Ensure project documentation are maintained by having charters, RAID logs, and onboarding checklists.
• Participate in the improvement of onboarding frameworks.
• Work closely with the release management team to ensure secure test windows and deployment planning.

Skills needed:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client facing project management roles within the financial services.
• Experience as a project manager working on onboarding projects.
• Proven experience managing technical projects such as system integrations or data migrations.
• Project management certified (PMP, Agile or PRINCE2) preferred.
• English professionally speaking required, French or German speaking considered an asset.
