Our team is looking for a Financial Controller & BI Specialist to work on financial performance and data driven processes across multiple countries, with direct alignment to the CFO of the Group. The role demands a combination of core financial controlling activities (including group level financial analysis, budgeting, and performance control), with advanced Power BI and data automation expertise. Key functions include developing BI dashboards for executive reporting, leading process efficiency projects, and ensuring data integrity to support strategic and operational goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform Group level financial controlling, including accounts, P&L, budget, forecast and variance analysis
  • Produce financial analysis to support management decisions and operational efficiency at Group level
  • Align closely with the Group CFO on financial strategy, reporting and performance indicators
  • Develop, automate and maintain Power BI dashboards and group financial reporting
  • Consolidate financial and operational data across multiple countries and legal entities
  • Define, monitor and present key financial and operational KPIs to management and board
  • Automate data flows and reporting using Excel, Power Query, SQL and Power BI
  • Improve financial processes to reduce workload, errors and reporting cycle time
  • Ensure data quality, governance and documentation across group finance reporting
  • Act as a key finance partner for operations, IT and management across the group



Your competences required :

  • Pevious experience as a Financial Controller in a group or international environment
  • Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Controlling and Accounting
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, data visualisation and executive reporting
  • Deep knowledge of Excel, Power Query and data modelling concepts
  • Solid data analytics background including SQL and ETL processes
  • Experience consolidating financial data across multiple entities and countries
  • Track record in automation, process optimisation and productivity gains
  • The best candidate must be reliable, proactive, autonomous, structured and detail oriented mindset, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in an international and multicultural environment is a very good plus.
